Terms of Service — DuoWallet

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DuoWallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to the App and the website at duowallet.evrydaysolutions.com.

2. Description of Service

DuoWallet is a personal finance management application that allows users to track shared budgets, log expenses, set savings goals, and split group expenses with others. The App is provided by Everyday Solutions ("we", "us").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DuoWallet. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@evrydaysolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: All new users receive a 31-day free trial with full access to premium features. No payment method is required for the trial.

iOS/Android subscriptions: If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, billing is managed by Apple or Google respectively. Their terms and refund policies apply.

Web subscriptions: If you subscribe via our website using Razorpay, the following applies:

Subscriptions are billed annually (₹399/year) at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features after the trial period.
To request a refund, email support@evrydaysolutions.com with your payment ID.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Share your account credentials with third parties not part of your household
Attempt to access another user's financial data without their explicit invitation
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure

7. Data Accuracy

DuoWallet is a manual expense tracking tool. We do not connect to bank accounts or payment systems. All financial data is entered by you. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data tracked in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Everyday Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial decisions made based on App data.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Everyday Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the App or by following the instructions at our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
